Reading & Training Services

Welcome. By booking a reading or training session with me, you agree to the following terms. I've written these as plainly as I can, because transparency is very important to me. Please read them before booking.

1. Nature of Services

The Intuitive Path Tarot offers the following services:

  • Live 1:1 Tarot Readings (video or phone)

  • Pre-Recorded Tarot Readings

  • Tarot Training Sessions (teaching you how to read tarot for yourself and others)

2. Important Disclaimer: What I Am and What I Am Not

I am a tarot reader and tarot educator. I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, medical doctor, financial advisor, or legal professional. Nothing shared in a reading or training session should be interpreted as medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice.

If you are navigating a mental health crisis, medical condition, legal matter, or financial situation, please consult a qualified licensed professional. Tarot can beautifully complement professional support; it is not a replacement for it.

By booking with me, you acknowledge and accept this distinction.

3. Personal Empowerment & Entertainment

All readings are offered for personal growth, reflection, and entertainment purposes. Tarot is a tool for self-exploration, its a mirror, not a crystal ball. I do not claim to predict the future with certainty, and I encourage you to approach readings as one perspective among many rather than absolute truth.

You retain full agency over your own decisions, choices, and life path. Nothing in a reading or training session is intended to be directive or prescriptive.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to book any service with The Intuitive Path Tarot. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received. Pricing is listed at the time of booking and is subject to change for future sessions.

By completing a purchase, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms & Conditions.

6. Cancellation Policy

Live 1:1 Readings & Tarot Training Sessions

Life happens, and I get it. That said, my time is reserved specifically for you when you book. With that in mind:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a session credit toward a future booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are not eligible for a refund. You may request a one-time reschedule at my discretion.

  • No-shows (failing to attend without notice) are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Tarot Training Session Packages

Individual sessions within a package follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy as live readings. If you wish to cancel an entire package, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis, provided the request is made before the package term ends.

Pre-Recorded Readings

Because async readings begin processing at the time of booking, cancellations are not accepted once work has begun. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for live sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

  • No refunds will be issued for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, no-shows, or sessions that have already taken place.

  • Pre-recorded readings are non-refundable once the reading has been started or delivered.

  • Tarot training session packages: unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if requested before the package term ends. Sessions that have already occurred are non-refundable.

If you feel something went genuinely wrong with your experience, I encourage you to reach out. I'd rather have a conversation than leave you feeling unheard.

8. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a live session once without penalty, provided you notify me more than 24 hours before your original session time. Additional reschedules, or requests made within 24 hours of your session, are handled at my discretion and may not be guaranteed.

9. Confidentiality

What you share in our sessions stays with me. I treat everything disclosed in readings and training sessions with care and discretion. I will not share your personal information or session content with third parties, except in the rare circumstance where I am legally required to do so.

Sessions are not recorded without your explicit consent.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

I show up fully to every session, and I'll always give you my most honest, thoughtful insight and instruction. That said, learning to read tarot is a personal journey — your growth, practice, and connection to the cards are ultimately yours to develop. I cannot guarantee that you will reach a specific skill level or that tarot will work a certain way for you. What I can promise is that I'll give you a strong, honest foundation to work from.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on The Intuitive Path Tarot website — including written content, reading frameworks, training materials, and any digital products — is my intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without my written permission.

12. Right to Refuse or End Service

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone at any time if I feel the engagement is not a good fit, or if a client is abusive, disrespectful, or acting in bad faith. In such cases, a pro-rated refund for unused services may be issued at my discretion.

I also reserve the right to refer you to professional resources when the nature of what you're navigating falls outside the scope of what I offer.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Intuitive Path Tarot shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of a reading or training session. You are the author of your own life, and you hold full responsibility for the choices you make.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

14. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on my website. Continued use of my services after updates have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
